Every Friday and Saturday, Blacksburg community hosts live music free of charge (tips welcome) in the India Garden from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. This is a great way to get the family out and enjoy some music and friends. Music genres vary each weekend, so there is something for everyone!
Friday February 24 - Chris Spradling: Singer/songwriter performing a large range of musical styles from standards to originals on guitar and piano
Saturday February 25 - Eric Lanoue: singer/songwriter and guitarist with an eclectic mix of unique styles
Friday March 3 - Ed Brdige: solo classical guitarist with a touch of jazz, pop, and flamenco
Saturday March 4 - Leslie Brooks: singer/songwriter performing solo with guitar, playing jazz, blues, and popular favorites
Friday March 10 - Levi Moneyhun: singer/guitarist playing an eclectic mix of jazz, fold, and indie covers
Saturday March 11 - Tim & Maggie: flute and guitar duo, playing Appalachian folk music
Friday March 17 - Marc Baskind: singer/guitarist playing jazz standards, Latin jazz, and swing
Saturday March 18 - Eric Lanoue: singer/songwriter and guitarist with an eclectic mix of unique styles
Friday March 24 - Ed Bridge & Dr. John Hassler: classic guitar duets
Saturday March 25 - Brian Peters: jazz and popular standards on vibraphone in the style of a solo pianist
Friday March 31 - Bobby Parker: singer/guitarist playing cozy, folk music, blues and ragtime on a 6- and 12-string guitar
